Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your LightFactory subscription. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. It applies to the $49/month subscription and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your first payment. This 14-day window gives you time to evaluate whether LightFactory is right for you. Refunds are available for first-time subscribers and do not apply to subsequent renewal charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team from the address associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for your request. Our team will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds promptly.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 14-day window has closed.
- Renewal charges after your initial subscription period.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
6. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You may continue to use LightFactory until the end of the period you have already paid for. To receive a refund, you must submit a request that meets the requirements above.
